Detroit Hard Money Lenders aren't financing rehab projects

We are here to help.

Business is growing and the secret to our success is simple. We are a community lender, we only invest in properties that located in Wayne, Oakland or Macomb County. We are local and pride ourselves in being able to be on-site throughout the life of the loan. And that is important because we are are a portfolio lender, which means that every loan we fund we do so with the intention of holding on to that mortgage until it matures. So when we fund a loan, we believe in the borrower and the project enough to put our own money into the loan.

Your success is our success.

That means we do not bundle and resell our mortgages on secondary markets to government sponsored enterprises. We are a group of ordinary individuals that are experienced in real estate and willing to profitably participate in the revitalization of Detroit. For us, success is having the borrower complete the project and pay off the mortgage. If a borrower can't make money then they will stop using us and likewise if mortgages don't pay off then we cannot fund other mortgages. So our the success of our clients are very important to us.
